Treatment: current treatment recommendations for acute and chronic undifferentiated low back pain.

Abstract

This article is an overview of current treatment recommendations for low back pain, and includes recommendations from the Joint Clinical Practice Guideline from the American College of Physicians and the American Pain Society. An algorithm is offered as well as a review of the new recommendations for diagnosis, evaluation, and treatment of low back pain.
