Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To report a rare case with hypothermia, hypotension and thrombocytopenia. CLINICAL PRESENTATION AND INTERVENTION: A 32-year-old male presented with recurrent hypothermia, hypotension and thrombocytopenia. He had reduced sensitivity to the environmental temperature, but had no structural brain abnormalities on MRI. The patient recovered completely with warming and supportive treatments.Entities:
