Abstract
A 48-year-old woman, who had undergone reversal of a jejunal loop, presented with skin eruptions, myalgia and arthralgia. Delayed gastric emptying was associated with a gastric phytobezoar. The clinicopathological features and response to therapy were typical of the dermatosis-arthritis syndrome, and probably were related to bacterial overgrowth.Entities:
