Physiological buffers for NMR spectroscopy.

Abstract

Two 'physiological' buffers for NMR spectroscopy of biological samples are described. They reflect intracellular and extracellular fluids as far as possible, are easy to prepare, and do not lead to any additional (1)H NMR resonances.
