Abstract
Papillary thyroid cancer favors lymphatic spread both within the thyroid gland and to the cervical lymph nodes. Hematogenous spread rarely occurs in the lung, bones and brain. We report a case where metastatic nodules from papillary thyroid cancer were seen in the right aryepiglottic fold (supraglottis) and lateral wall of hypopharynx, an extremely rare event.Entities:
