Asymptomatic pulmonary artery sling: a rare congenital vascular anomaly.

Abstract

Pulmonary artery sling is a rare congential vascular abnormality that is infrequently diagnosed during adulthood. Herein, we present an unusual case of incidental asymptomatic pulmonary artery sling, describe the pathophysiologic features of this condition, and illustrate its diagnostic radiographic features on cross-sectional imaging.
