Abstract
A 2-year-old child having Wolff–Parkinson–White syndrome presented with recurrent drug-refractory tachycardia episodes. On electrophysiological analysis, a coronary sinus diverticulum was discovered. The accessory pathway was successfully eliminated by radiofrequency ablation within the diverticulum.Entities:
