Abstract
A series of 23 patients with chronic pilonidal disease have been treated by excision and transposition rhomboid flap. Full primary healing was obtained in all patients, with only two cases of wound seroma. The average hospital stay was 9 days. The mean follow-up period was 12 months, and no late recurrences have occurred.Entities:
