Abstract
Congenital hairy polyp of the nasopharynx is an unusual but well-recognized entity. These benign lesions have not been reported in the modern literature in association with cleft palate. We report two cases of hairy polyp in association with cleft palate, and discuss the pathology of the tumor with emphasis on embryology and pathogenesis.Entities:
