Abstract
It is believed that arthritis in Behçet's disease is usually non-erosive and non-destructive. We report herein a 72-year-old female who presented with Behçet's disease and an erosive arthritis of the bilateral elbow, wrist, and metacarpophalangeal and proximal interphalangeal joints, radiologically mimicking rheumatoid arthritis.Entities:
