[Acute and chronic calcium pyrophosphate dihydrate deposition disease in young patients].

Abstract

The acute calcium deposit belongs to the group of calcium pyrophosphate dihydrate deposition disease (CPPD). It occurs in adults. To our knowledge there is no report on an acute or chronic calcium deposit in children or adolescents.
