Abstract
A 50-year-old man was given 1.2 million units of intravenous streptokinase 3 hours after the onset of a hyperacute inferior myocardial infarction. He had been treated for pneumonia 4 weeks previously. Five days after thrombolytic therapy, he developed a massive hemoptysis. The implications of this side effect are discussed.Entities:
