Abstract
Serglycin is a multifunctional molecule and one of the first proteoglycans to be cloned. In this manuscript, we examine the physiological roles of serglycin in immunity, hemostasis, cell growth, apoptosis, and reproduction. In addition, we review recent studies on the involvement of serglycin in various pathological conditions, including cancer, inflammatory diseases, and platelet disorders.Entities:
