Abstract

METHOD: Case report and literature review regarding giant prolactinoma.
RESULTS: Giant prolactinoma is a rare form of prolactinoma which accounts for 0.5-4.4 per cent of all pituitary tumours. It is more common in men and generally presents with symptoms of endocrine disturbance or neurological deficit.
