Abstract
The authors present a case of a histologically confirmed giant cell arteritis that presented unusually with bilateral and multiple cranial nerve palsies and resolved following treatment with pulsed cyclophosphamide. The aetiology of the presenting features and the treatment choices are discussed.Entities:
