Abstract
Assessment of quality of life requires a multifaceted approach in order to evaluate the impact of an illness, treatment, or intervention on quality of life. The use of several measures offers notable advantages over unidimensional and global assessment techniques. Disadvantages of multiple measures also exist, but these problems can be circumvented with adequate knowledge and careful planning.Mesh:
