Abstract
Placenta percreta (PP) is a rare condition and usually presents with postpartum hemorrhage. A 35-year-old woman with 15-weeks pregnancy presented with clot retention. She was diagnosed with PP that was invading the posterior bladder wall. The computed tomography (CT) scan and operative images are presented. She was managed by hysterectomy and en bloc removal of the involved bladder wall.Entities:
