Abstract
A particularly severe case of Guillain-Barré syndrome occurring during pregnancy is reported. The therapeutic approach including plasmapheresis, ventilation, analgesia, sedation, metabolic requirements and heparin therapy is discussed with the consequences on foetal development and the early days of life.Entities:
