Abstract
A right-handed man developed stuttering, without aphasia, as a result of a circumscribed subcortical infarction in the right hemisphere. He never stuttered before and has no family history of stuttering. Damage to callosal pathways coordinating the activity of both hemispheres during speech is proposed as a possible explanation for the stuttering.Entities:
