Abstract
Pyodermatitis-pyostomatitis vegetans (PV), a rare disorder of the skin and oral mucosa, is considered a highly specific marker for inflammatory bowel disease, especially ulcerative colitis. We have presented the case of a patient with PV. This report emphasizes the relationship of PV to inflammatory bowel disease and the importance of the oral lesions as initial presenting signs of systemic disease or activity.Entities:
