Abstract
Rectal foreign bodies are being detected more frequently, and their textures, sizes, shapes, and locations are critical considerations when removal and deciding on management plans. Many removal techniques have been described and various theories have been put forward to explain procedural mechanics. Here the authors report a case in which a transanal technique using a SILS port was successfully used.Mesh:
