Abstract
Osteochondritis dissecans (OCD) of the talar dome is relatively common, however, OCD of the talar head is extremely rare. We present two cases of OCDs of the talar head. This report describes the natural history of this rare condition and its evolution until skeletal maturity. The literature of OCD in this unusual location is reviewed.Entities:
