Abstract
An 87-year-old patient was found to have an unusually protrusive hyperostosis frontalis interna, discovered on MRI examination during an assessment of cognitive decline. Neuropsychological evaluation suggested direct repercussions of the frontal lobe compression on executive functions, as well as psychiatric disorders and possibly memory loss.Entities:
