Abstract
Mediastinoscopy still represents the gold standard in mediastinal lymph node staging in patients with lung cancer. It is an invasive procedure, where complications are unusual. This case report shows an uncommon complication after mediastinoscopy: pseudoaneurysm of the aortic arch and its minimally invasive endovascular stenting treatment in order to facilitate the recovery and to allow minimal delay to oncological treatment.Entities:
