Abstract
Mediastinal lymphadenopathy is common and usually requires further evaluation with computed tomography (CT). This report describes a patient in whom the pattern of calcification within the lymph-node mass, seen on CT, might have suggested the diagnosis of Castleman's disease. Intense enhancement following intravenous contrast medium would indicate the vascularity of the lesion and add weight to the diagnosis.Entities:
