Abstract
Hypothyroidism is a procoagulant state; hypothyroid females have greater risk of DVT than hypothyroid males. We present a case of primary hypothyroidism who presented with euvolemic hyponatremia and DVT that required thyroxine replacement and correction of hyponatremia. This highlights that hypothyroidism can present as euvolemic hyponatremia and deep vein thrombosis.Entities:
