Abstract
The neuroleptic malignant syndrome is a serious and potentially fatal complication of neuroleptic and other dopamine antagonist drugs that are commonly used in symptom control in advanced cancer. Its true incidence is underestimated. Diagnosis may be difficult as its presentation may mimic infection or advancing malignant disease.Entities:
