Abstract
Malignant lymphomatous polyposis is a low-grade lymphoma with aggressive features. It may mimic polyposis coli on a barium enema and colonoscopic examination. An histological diagnosis may be made from a tissue biopsy taken via the colonoscope. We discuss the methods of diagnosis, the clinical behaviour and response to chemotherapy.Entities:
