Craniospinal neurenteric cyst.

Abstract

The case of a 40-year-old male with a neurenteric cyst located anterior to the brain stem and to the C1-C2 levels of the spinal cord is presented. The cyst was successfully removed by a transoral approach. The case is discussed and literature reviewed.
