Abstract
Distinguishing between ventricular aneurysm and pseudoaneurysm, although difficult, is of major importance due to the therapeutic and prognostic implications. The present case highlights the pivotal role of non-invasive imaging modalities for differential diagnosis between these entities in order to ensure appropriate management of these patients.Entities:
