Abstract
A 27-year-old male patient presented with symptoms that mimic an acute coronary syndrome and associated with significant myocardial perfusion ischaemic defects. The latter was detected by adenosine stress Tc-99m estamibi single photon emission CT. However, subsequently the CT angiogram revealed a normal coronary arteries outline and calibre with prominent coronary artery collaterals filling the distal branches of the absent right pulmonary artery.Entities:
