Fracture-dislocation of the base of the fifth metacarpal with an ulnar motor nerve lesion: case report.

Abstract

We report a case of delayed diagnosis of a fracture dislocation of the base of the fifth metacarpal with a resultant ulnar motor nerve lesion. The patient achieved marked improvement after fracture reduction and ulnar neurolysis.
