Abstract
Primary mucinous adenocarcinoma of the prostate is rare. The presence of mucin in prostatic carcinoma is usually associated with decreased tumor aggressiveness and increased survival rates. When mucinous adenocarcinoma of the prostate is found, it is necessary to exclude extraprostatic primary sources particularly from the urinary bladder and the gastrointestinal tract.Entities:
