Abstract
A case of solitary plasmacytoma of the trachea is reported. Immunohistochemical study is mandatory to prove a monoclonal immunophenotyping. Research for signs of systemic disease and follow up over a long period of time are indicated. Surgery alone, sometimes followed by irradiation, seem to be the treatment of choice. In most cases, complete resolution is observed.Entities:
