Abstract
A case of Weil' disease is described in a 32-year-old patient complicated by subarachnoid haemorrhage from ruptured cerebral aneurysm and anterolateral myocardial infarction. The differentiation of the complications in strict meaning of the word from inflammatory and toxic changes in the course of leptospirosis is often difficult.Entities:
