Abstract
Mammary analog secretory carcinoma of salivary gland (MASC) is a recently described salivary gland tumor. Cytologic features of this neoplasm have hitherto not been described in the literature. This report discusses the fine-needle aspiration findings of MASC and its differential diagnosis. Aspirates were richly cellular and consisted of clusters and singly dispersed cells with mild cytologic atypia. Cytoplasm was abundant and finely vacuolated. Signet ring cells were observed. Surgical resection confirmed the diagnosis of MASC.Entities:
