Abstract
A case of closed head trauma, harbouring bitemporal hemianopsia is presented. The MRI evaluation describes chiasmal contusion as the cause behind visual deficits. Chiasmal injury may occur even in the absence bony chip impingement and features of hypo-pituitarism. Such a situation warrants MRI evaluation of optic pathways.Entities:
