Abstract

Efficient luminescence was realized by suppressing not only excited-state distortion but also C-H vibrational quenching in a Cu complex. Organic light-emitting diodes containing the Cu complex as an emitting dopant exhibited a maximum external quantum efficiency of 7.4%. This journal is © The Royal Society of Chemistry 2012
