Abstract

Moderate-to-vigorous physical activity (MVPA) has been shown to be inversely associated with C-reactive protein (CRP); however, the association between light intensity physical activity (LPA), and CRP is unknown. Our findings suggest that focusing on increasing MVPA, relative to LPA, may have a greater impact on inflammation regardless of diabetes status.
