Abstract
We report the case of an infant who developed severe nasal obstruction as an unusual first presentation of cystic fibrosis (CF). Computed tomography (CT) showed homogeneous opacification of the symmetrically enlarged paranasal sinuses that gave the clue for the final diagnosis.Entities:
