Abstract
Fetal goitrous hypothyroidism is a rare condition in euthyroid pregnant women. Complications such as tracheal and esophageal compression with resultant polyhydramnios, as well as the possibility of neurodevelopmental effects of hypothyroidism, have prompted prenatal treatment with intra-amniotic L-thyroxine. We report a case of this condition and its in utero management.Entities:
