Femoral mononeuropathy after radical prostatectomy.

M B Katirji1, D J Lanska.

Abstract

Femoral mononeuropathy is a recognized complication following abdominal and vaginal hysterectomy. Retractor injury and lithotomy position were postulated mechanisms. We report a femoral nerve lesion following a radical perineal prostatectomy.
