Using the Transtheoretical Model for outcome evaluation in continuing education.

Simmy Randhawa1.

Abstract

Measuring the outcomes of continuing education programs can be challenging for providers. One method to measure change behavior is to measure learners' readiness to act using the Transtheoretical Model. Outcomes for this evaluation method can also assist providers in planning future education programs designed to meet learners' needs in their stage of behavior change.
