The Dietary Reference Intakes (DRI) are presented in this table using Adequate Intake (AI), Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) for men and women aged 31–50 years, Acceptable Macronutrient Distribution Ranges (AMDR), and Recommendation on saturated fat intake by Joint WHO/FAO (Institute of Medicine of the National Academies, 2005; Joint WHO/FAO Expert Consultation, 2003).
