Abstract
Two new sesquiterpene lactones, minimolides G(1) and H(2), were isolated from the supercritical fluid extract of Centipeda minima. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of extensive analyses of spectroscopic data including IR, HR-ESI-MS, 1D and 2D NMR. Compounds 1 and 2 displayed inhibitory activity against human nasopharyngeal cancer cell line (CNE) with IC₅₀ values of 61.4 and 28.7 μM, respectively.Entities:
