Abstract
Chlamydia trachomatis causes a wide spectrum of human genital infections including lymphogranuloma venereum. We describe an unusual case of Chlamydia trachomatis proctitis in a homosexual man presenting with a large, solid tumor in the distal rectum, which was treated successfully by long-term oral doxycycline therapy.Entities:
