Abstract
We report 2 cases of superior vena cava (SVC) syndrome treated using isolated pharmacomechanical thrombolysis with angioplasty alone. We also propose a new staged treatment strategy to optimally manage such patients, taking into consideration both cost-effectiveness and the ultimate prognosis.Entities:
