Abstract
A 33 year-old woman with multiple sclerosis developed bilateral palatal myoclonus. Rotatory pendular nystagmus and gaze-evoked nystagmus were present and analyzed by electro-oculographic recordings. Magnetic resonance imaging demonstrated abnormal signals in the pons. To our knowledge, this is the first report of palatal myoclonus in the course of a definite case of multiple sclerosis.Entities:
