Abstract
Large intestine microbiocenosis, levels of endotoxinemia, tumor necrosis factor alpha, C-reactive protein, sE-selectin, matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP) and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinases-4 (TIMP) in chronic heart failure (CHF) patients was studied. Association of dysbiosis and endotoxinemia levels increase, systemic inflammation activation and an imbalance of MMP-TIMP system with progression of CHF has been shown. It can be a reason of a myocardium extracellular matrix structure disturbance and heart remodeling at CHF.Entities:
