Pituitary hemorrhage into a Rathke's cleft cyst.

Abstract

This report describes a case of symptomatic pituitary hemorrhage into a Rathke's cleft cyst in a 25-year-old woman. The literature on pituitary hemorrhage in nonadenomatous sellar tumors is reviewed.
